The following programs are designed for adults and teens. They are assembled in a 10-session seminar for a comprehensive understanding on how science supports Biblical creation and truth related to each topic. While they are intended for consecutive 10 sessions, the presentations are designed to be flexible and can be individually used to communicate specific topics. The Bible and Science Part 1 – A Biblical Foundation for Creation
This is an introduction to Biblical Science and Creation. A Biblical foundation is laid using Bible passages and Biblical logic to help the participant grasp the real issue behind the secular world’s attack on Christians and what they believe. Using 5 problem statements this presentation outlines a true biblical understanding of this world where we live.
The Bible and Science Part 2 – Geology and Reality
When we talk about geology, the discussion usually goes to long periods of earth history. Part 2 of this series “Geology and Reality” begins with a discussion about our own bias and how we understand and interpret data and the facts we are presented with in everyday life. The discussion goes into an analysis of the Grand Canyon representing historical geology and the evidence uncovered at the Mount St. Helens eruption on May 18, 1980. The 2 events are compared, and biases are uncovered.
The Bible and Science Part 3 – Noah’s Ark: Evidence for the Flood
In Part 3 we investigate evidence for the global flood and the ark that Noah built. The earth is a complicated stage, but to put the pieces together and understand what is seen we need the Bible. This presentation starts with an overview of what the Bible says about the Great Flood. Then 3 key points are used in the program to focus on and understand the Great Flood and Biblical truth.
The Bible and Science Part 4 – Evidence for a Young Earth
The secular media and scientists believe and teach the earth is 4.3 billion years old. Through long eons of time the earth has been shaped by volcanic activity, plate tectonics, earthquakes and other processes to become what we see today. Seminar Part 4 starts with a discussion of a Biblical understanding as to why the earth must be young. And proceeds into fascinating inventory of scientific facts that point to a young earth.
The Bible and Science Part 5 – The Cell, 2nd Law and probability
One of the wonders of modern science is the study of the biological cell. This study has reveled massive amounts of information that Darwin never knew. The program “The Cell, 2nd Law and probability” begins with a Biblical discussion of our minds and that we need to be careful of lies. Then delves into a discussion of the living cell and its origin. Concluding with a discussion on entropy and life’s probability.
The Bible and Science Part 6 – The Mystery of Ancient Man
“The Mystery of Ancient Man” program discusses two views of man: Naturalistic and Theistic. Much of the secular world teaches a long development of man over millions of years and a common ancestor with apes. The the program shows that the Bible has a different view of how man came into existence. This presentation also includes evidence for man’s advanced knowledge in the past.
The Bible and Science Part 7 – Dinosaurs Past and Present
Dinosaurs have intrigued people for a long time. These creatures come in all sizes from the very small to extremely large. The investigation into these animals has occupied countless hours and unnumbed investigators. Secular media use dinosaurs to teach children the Bible is not true. This presentation looks into dinosaurs from Biblical perspective.
The Bible and Science Part 8 – Science and the History of the Universe
The universe is so vast that the human mind cannot even begin to comprehend what it contains. This program tries to grasp the cosmos by looking at the understanding through the lens of both the big bang and Biblical concepts. While somewhat technical this presentation offers a perspective of the conflict between Biblical truth and what secularist propose.
The Bible and Science Part 9 – Compromise – Relevance of Creation
Many Christians have been indoctrinated naturalistic and evolutionary thinking. Therefore they believe that secularistic scientific processes must be true, they have attempted to work these ideas into the Bible. This has resulted in a teaching such as the Gap Theory and Theistic Evolution. This presentation looks at relevance of Biblical creation and the detrimental impacts of compromise.
The Bible and Science Part 10 – Great Deceptions
As a result of Biblical compromise, the impact of Christians on the secular world has been diluted. Minds have been warped to the point where truth is no longer part of their thinking. Unfortunately, these Christians have been deceived. In this final presentation several Great Deceptions of our culture are analyzed by defining: The Lie, The Problem, The Truth and The Bible. We must look our thinking in light of the Bible and what does not match must be rejected.
